These people are angles. We were having a terrible and scary night while our car slide on the ice into the railing and they were so supportive and patient as we asked a million questions. They rushed us to the airport so we could get a car from the rental company on NYE at 6 pm. They sat with us while we worked with the rental car company to make sure we were taken care of. First thing in the morning New Years Day they were back at the lot for us helping us clean out our truck into a car rental.

Would recommend these people 1000 times over.

My daughter was in a wreck and Bruce's Towing and Recovery just happened to be at the accident site. They stopped and checked on my daughter to make sure she was ok (the man that hit her did not check on her at all) and helped her get the car out of the intersection. They stayed with her until someone could get there to be with her and constantly asks if she was of and if she was hurt anywhere. When I arrived at the accident site they were very professional and caring. I will not use another towing service after the amazing experience and the caring way they tended to my 17 year old daughter.
